Armica Nabaa

A native of Detroit Michigan; Armica is a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science- Sports Management degree and a minor in Sports Marketing. She also holds a Master of Science in Education Sports Administration degree from the University of Miami. She is currently working on completing her Doctor of Education (Ed.D) - Applied Learning Sciences degree from the University of Miami as well.
Her professional affiliations include the North American Society of Sports Management, Sports Marketing Association, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, and the National Association of Realtors.
Her philanthropic affiliations include Founder and President of Transition 360 Foundation Inc., and Executive Director of NBA Power Forward Paul Millsap’s, Paul Millsap Foundation.
Felicia Ford-Reader

Felicia Ford-Reader is the wife of the late David Reader Sr., and mother of DJ Reader, JR. of the Cincinnati Bengals! Born into the athletic Ford family and legacy of her father “Ervin L Ford" who played in the Negro League (Indianapolis Clowns), then in 1989 she was inducted into the North Carolina A&T State University Fame of Fame! Felicia was born and raised in the wonderful city of Greensboro! She is an Alumni of Grimsley High School class of '81 and North Caroline A&T State University class of '86. Felicia was a standout athlete in volleyball and softball as well as in the classroom making her a lifelong advocate for scholar-athletes.
With having a two-sport athlete, Felicia took it upon herself to learn the intricacies of recruiting and life after sports, immediately becoming a part of a group of powerful women educating parents known as “The Momma Huddle”! Her dedication to giving back and being part of the community has been a passion since her youth and as a life member of New Zion Missionary Baptist Church. Felicia has been a community activist who has sat and currently sits on The Grimsley Alumni Association, The New Zion Missionary Usher Board, and The National Kidney Foundation National volunteer and donor.
Felicia brings 36 years of credit and customer service experience from American Express (AMEX) as a supervisor. She is Total Response Certified (TRP), and Green Belt Certified. Felicia lives by the “5 F's of Life” Faith, Family, Football, Future, and Fun!

Robert Lewis

Robert “Wes” Lewis started his journey in professional sports in 2016 as a manager and community relations coordinator for DJ Reader, former nose tackle for the Houston Texans. During his time in Houston, he led the 2019 Walter Peyton Man of the Year campaign for Texans winner DJ Reader, built a relationship with the National Kidney Foundation by raising funds through various fundraising efforts such as the NKF Walk and the NKF Golf Tournament, and worked with former NBA player, Ricky Davis as the director of community outreach for the Ricky Davis Foundation.
Wes is a North Carolina native who earned his B.S. in Sports Science with a minor in Business Management from North Carolina A&T State University while being a student-athlete. From there, he obtained his M.S. in Sports Administration from High Point University. He brings over a decade of experience gained from working as an educator and athletic director for the state of North Carolina. He is currently the liaison for the Greensboro City Affordable Housing and various community non-profit organizations.
Professionally he is a member of the North Carolina Coaches Association, NCAT Alumni Association, North American Society for Sports Management, National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics, National Kidney Foundation, and NCAAHPERD-SM (North Carolina Alliance for athletics, Health and PE, and sports management).
Jelani Hawkins

Jelani Hawkins, a native of South-Central Los Angeles, lettered in football at San Jose State University and graduated in 2002 earning his degree in Criminal Law with a minor in Sociology.
After leaving San Jose, pursued his career in the National Football League (NFL) with the inaugural Houston Texans franchise in 2002-2003.
Hawkins, a community leader, and volunteer has partnerships with community resource groups that consist of delivering everything from food and clothing to families in need. His passion for helping others also includes social impact investor in the homelessness and affordable housing sectors in Greensboro, North Carolina and Atlanta, Georgia.
He currently serves as the CEO of Fat Richards Trucking and Constructing as well as Fifteen58 Consulting. He currently resides in Houston, Texas.
