Lauren Harper, LBMT, CPT, CES, RN-BSN, is a sports performance therapist practicing in Simpsonville, SC, as well as an active triathlete in the South Carolina series. As a Licensed Bodywork and Massage Therapist and an Active Release Techniques Certified Provider, Harper specializes in treating endurance athletes. She will be on the island, providing mobile athletic performance massage, assisted stretching, and ART, Thursday afternoon and all day Friday to get athletes ready to race, all day Sunday to enhance post-race recovery, as well as mini-sessions at the finish line on race day.
