On Sunday, July 31st, the Santa Cruz Yacht Club and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Santa Cruz County will hold the 30th Annual Day on the Monterey Bay Regatta. This event includes an exciting reverse-start sailboat race with multiple divisions with an after-party offering dinner, live music, awards, raffles, and a silent auction.
All proceeds for this event will support Big Brothers Big Sisters mentoring services for at-risk youth in Santa Cruz County, which has helped more than 8,000 children over the past 40 years. Having a Big Brother or Big Sister helps children to reach their potential. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Santa Cruz County is a Section 501(c)3 nonprofit, Tax ID #94- 2826754, and your gift may qualify as a charitable deduction for federal income tax purposes.
We hope you will join us as a sponsor for this year’s event. This year, there are six different levels of Sponsorship so you can customize which level best suits your company’s needs. All sponsorships include invitations to the Corporate Reception on Saturday evening, July 30th. And as a Corporate Sponsor, your sailboat will be placed in an additional corporate division, or if you don’t have a boat in the race, we will arrange for seats for you on the Chardonnay II which sails with the race from 1:30 to 3:30 on Sunday.
