FAQs
Q. Are there refunds if guests leave due to rain?
A. While we do not offer refunds, you will be able to use your ticket at a later date. We try to open based on predicted weather and while the weather continues to change, we want you to have the best experience possible.
Q. Can I bring my own food?
A. We DO allow people to bring their own outside food and drinks.
Q. Can I leave and come back later in the day?
A. Return visits during the same day are allowed if you have not purchased a timed ticketed event. If that is the case, return visits will not be allowed.
Q. Are pets allowed?
A. Though we are big animal lovers, pets are NOT allowed inside our event, except for service dogs. In these cases, we ask that your dog be kept on a leash, be properly identified as a service dog, be well behaved, and in no way come into contact with other guests. We ask that you please clean up after any messes.
Q. Is Harvest Tyme wheelchair accessible?
A. Harvest Tyme is on unpaved farm ground, but we do our very best to make our event as accessible to all our guests as possible. Wheelchairs, strollers, and wagons can be brought on premises and are able to complete half of the corn maze, but the ground (like any farm) can be bumpy in spots. In Lowell, the remainder of the event is spread out over grass, dirt, and gravel which could be somewhat difficult to push through in some areas.
Q. Do you have restrooms?
A. There are porta potties on site that are cleaned regularly.
Q. Do you ever close due to poor weather?
A. Extreme, unforeseen weather can force us to close at any time and an announcement regarding any weather closures will be posted on our site, www.harvesttymefun.com and social media channels
Q. Is there any recommended attire?
A. Because we operate in later summer through December, we recommend being prepared for warm to cold weather depending on the event. We also recommend wearing closed-toe shoes or sneakers. Remember, that you will be in a farm atmosphere and should dress appropriately for the best experience.
Q. If I buy my ticket online, do I have to print it out?
A. Online tickets will be emailed to you, and you have three options once arriving at our ticket booth:
- Present a printed copy of the ticket
- Show it on your phone
- As a last resort, just give your name at our ticket booth & we can look up your purchase.
