ESCA Art Fundraiser with Miss Gabi!

East Suburban Citizen Advocacy is holding several painting fundraisers over the next year to help with costs of our Advocacy and Events. Advocacy is FREE to those with developmental disabilities of any age that need it in Westmoreland County and the Eastern part of Allegheny County. Our events are either FREE or discounted. It is really important to keep our advocacy and events free of charge for this vulnerable population that is not always treated well, do not always have a voice, and are not always informed of services they need and can get.
