    STAND BY NEW: Veterans on the stand-by list who have not fished with Eagle OPS / On the Line Fishing in the last 6 months can choose this option. Standby NEW participants will have the chance to fill the fishing slots if there are any cancellations or available slots following the same terms as mentioned previously.
