Welcome to our 2023 Age Group Fall Swim Clinics for Starts & Turns.

You'll be working with French Creek Racing coaches Mack Henderson and Milly Routledge.  

The 3 clinics will take place from 10:45AM-12:00PM at Villanova University's Jake Nevin Field House.

The 15 minute dry-land review begins promptly at 10:30 followed by 75 minutes in the water.

If you'd like more opportunities to improve your swim stroke, we work on these things regularly at our Daily Coached Swim Practices, or contact us directly to set up private swim lessons.

*For all participants, we recommend bringing any swim equipment you own.  If you don't own a pair of fins, we'd suggest picking up a pair prior to these sessions, particularly for beginning level swimmers.
