Who can I bring?

Volunteers are welcome to bring guests. Please register them so we know how many people to expect.

 

What is the complimentary drink for volunteers?

Those who have volunteered for one of our YMCA Races events will receive a voucher for a complimentary drink. The menu of beer, wine, and cider will be open for purchase for the rest of the evening. 

 

Can I bring my dog?

If they stay outside on the patio, then yes. We are planning on having this event outside on the patio unless it rains. If it rains, we will move inside to the event center. Dogs are not permitted in the indoor event space. 

 

What about non-alcoholic beverages?

We will have an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages there courtesy of our friends at Wilsbach Distributors. 

 

Can I bring kids?

Yes! The Vineyard at Hershey is kid-friendly. 

 

Do I have to be there right at 5pm?

Volunteers and guests are welcome to drop in anytime throughout the evening. We will kick things off at 5pm and close the doors at 8:30pm, so stop by anytime!
