Fostering Futures: Assistance for Youth Ageing Out

Funds used to prepare youth to age out of Foster Care. Includes cost associated with procuring GED/Job Training, transportation, and any funds associated with moving out of our group homes

Healthy Bodies, Healthy Minds

Used for hobbies and recreation that promote physical health like fees/equipment associated with school sports, gym memberships, or related lessons

Recreation

Used for monthly group home activities including movies, putt-putt, painting, etc.

Home Improvement

Used for general maintenance activities like painting, wall repair, furniture replacement as well as larger one time costs like septic tank or vehicle repairs

Friends of Children and Families’ mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for at-risk children and their families, and give them the opportunity to develop into well-adjusted and productive members of society.

Our primary goals are to provide an environment that is conducive to the growth and safety of our children, enhance the lives of children who have been diagnosed with emotional and behavioral disturbances, and offer the needed services and programs which develop the cognitive and social skills of the children.
