Lovette Twyman Russell is a dedicated senior consultant with Coxe Curry & Associates, providing strategic guidance to nonprofits in the critical areas of board development, volunteer engagement, and fundraising. As a native Atlantan, Lovette has a deep commitment to community service, particularly in initiatives benefiting children and underserved communities.

Her leadership extends to numerous boards, including Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, where she chairs the Hughes Spalding Operation Board and Community Board. Lovette has chaired or co-chaired many of Atlanta’s most prestigious events, such as the Mayor’s Masked Ball and the Grady Hospital Gala, earning her the 2012 Volunteer Fundraiser of the Year by the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

Her exceptional contributions have been recognized with numerous awards, including the 11Alive Boisfeuillet Jones Community Service Award, the Mary Caan Volunteer of the Year Award by the Lupus Foundation, the YWCA Woman of Achievement, and the Trailblazer Award from the NAACP. In 2017, her impact was further honored with the naming of the emergency department at Hughes Spalding Hospital as the “Lovette Twyman Russell Emergency Department.”

A proud alumna of Spelman College, Lovette serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees, contributing her expertise to the institution's growth and success. Beyond her professional achievements, she is a passionate triathlete and mentor, training women and inner-city children to compete in triathlons.

Lovette’s extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and community engagement brings invaluable expertise to The 3-D Foundation. Her deep understanding of the needs of underserved communities and her commitment to children's causes align perfectly with the foundation’s mission, making her an indispensable member of the advisory board. Lovette’s influence and dedication continue to drive impactful change, both locally and beyond.

Tisha DeShields

Tisha DeShields is a successful entrepreneur and the founder of a boutique luxury travel agency. With over seven years in the travel industry, she has achieved 3-Star Director status at PlanNet Marketing, helping over 500 families achieve financial success.

As a mother of four, including WNBA star Diamond DeShields, Tisha understands the balance between family and career. Her entrepreneurial journey began with Original Belly Works, a business inspired by her own pregnancies. The company, which holds five patents, creates customized belly casts for expectant mothers, including options for surrogates and adoptive mothers.

Tisha brings a wealth of experience in business strategy, financial empowerment, and creative problem-solving to The 3-D Foundation. Her expertise in building and scaling businesses, combined with her commitment to helping others achieve financial freedom, makes her a valuable asset to the foundation’s mission of uplifting underserved communities.

Tisha is passionate about inspiring individuals to live boldly, embrace opportunities, and pursue their passions with purpose, all while contributing to meaningful social impact through her work with the foundation.

Butler studied exercise and sports science at Georgia. She is a medical student at Vanderbilt University completing her doctor of medicine degree. She is an advocate for reducing healthcare disparities and increasing trust and utilization of the healthcare system by minority communities.
