The creators of the Magic City Half Marathon & Wine 10K have joined forces to bring you the best Magic City Wine 10K ever! In celebration of its 10th Anniversary, these two powerhouse events will bring the excitement to the course and post-race party for a day to remember!
The Magic City Wine 10K is a USAT&F certified loop course which starts at City Hall / SoHo in Homewood, AL and continues through the city of Homewood. Runners will return to finish alongside City Hall / SoHo for the post-race celebration with our post-race partners, Social Taco and SoHo Social. We strongly recommend that you take time to familiarize yourself with the course prior to race day. Runners and walkers of all paces are welcome and encouraged to participate.

COURSE HYDRATION:
Hydration stations along the course will provide water and Powerade.
CANCELLATION STATEMENT:
This event will occur rain or shine, hot or cold. We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances or as advised by authorities. In the event of cancellation, your entry fee will considered a donation to ASPIRE Sports Institute.

Bib Transfers
Participant to participant bib transfers are allowed. The deadline to complete all transfers is 11:59 pm February 28, 2025.

Team Competition
Magic City Wine 10K is proud to offer a Team Competition for the Fastest Team and the Largest Team.
PLEASE NOTE: The deadline to CREATE A NEW TEAM or JOIN AN EXISTING TEAM is 11:59 pm Friday, February 28, 2025.
FASTEST TEAM COMPETITION RULES 10K (PRIZE: $250 Gift Card + Great Race Swag)
1. All teams will consist of a minimum of 5 members. There is no maximum number of members per team. Each team must include at least 2 females in their team scoring.
2. The team captain must register first to create / name the team. Team members may then register and join the team.
3. A minimum of 5 team members must register for and complete the 10K race.
4. Scoring - For each team, top 5 overall places based on chip time will be added and must include at least 2 females. The fastest overall time wins!
LARGEST TEAM COMPETITION RULES 10K (PRIZE: $250 Gift Card + Great Race Swag)
1. Teams can consist of any number of runners. There is no minimum or maximum number of members per team.
2. The team captain must register first to create / name the team. Team members may then register and join the team.
3. Scoring – The team with the most number of registered participants as of 11:59 pm Friday, February 28, 2025 WINS!
T-Shirts
Short sleeve, super soft Primease t-shirts are included with registration.
Unisex Sizes XS / S / M / L / XL / XXL are available.
PLEASE NOTE: The t-shirt deadline is Thursday, February 6, 2025. Anyone registering after this date will not be guaranteed a t-shirt. We will do our best to estimate quantity and sizing needs, but cannot guarantee preferred sizes to anyone registering after this date.
When race t-shirts are ordered the inventory will be placed into the RunSignUp registration portal. This means that if you are given the option to select a certain size, that size is available. If a certain size is not available it will not be an option during registration.
Race t-shirts will be distributed at Packet Pick Up on Friday and Saturday.
