The course is a 4 mile out and back on groomed dirt: You'll have access to the aid station and crew at the Start, then again at the 2 mile turnaround point, where you'll reverse directions and return back to the start/finish. Trail shoes or shoes that do well with dirt are recommended. There is no paved surface.
