Everything you need to know for the first ticketed concert at Spoetzl since Bocktoberfest...

• What time do doors open? 
  • Doors open at 12pm, with a hard curfew of 10pm. 
• Are brewery and distillery tours available this day? 
  • YES, you can still purchase a brewery or distillery tour - BUT they are LIMITED. Tours for both will start at 12pm and only run to about 3pm. You CANNOT reserve your spot online. This will be based on a first come, first serve basis ONLY. 
• Where can I purchase a tour the day of? 
  • Tours can be booked at the WELCOME CENTER the day of the event. 
• How much are tours this day? 
  • Brewery tours will be $10 per person, no complimentary swag available. Distillery tours will still be $25 per person and include a tasting. 
• I have some BLACK TOKENS from a weekend at Spoetzl- can I bring these for this event to get a complimentary beer?
  • YES, you are allowed to redeem your black complimentary tokens for this day! 
• Can I purchase tickets the day of the event? 
  • YES, however, this event might sell out. Any remaining tickets will be sold at the gate Saturday, Sept. 28. 
• What can I bring to the event? 
  • You are ALLOWED to bring: strollers, diaper bags (that are subject to be searched), chairs, clear bags and small clutches that do not exceed 4.5 in. high x 6.5" wide. For more information on the bag policy click here. 
• What can I NOT bring inside the event? 
  • Coolers, any outside food or drink, firearms, weapons, and purses. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact events@spoetzl.com. 
• How do I purchase drinks at the event? 
  
  • You may purchase a souvenir cup and receive 3 complimentary sample black tokens. Shiner Craft Cocktails will be available to purchase at multiple locations inside the event as well. 
• Are children allowed an entry? 
  • YES, children under the age of 12 are allowed a free entry to this event. 13+ years of age will be required to purchase a minor GA ticket.  
• Where do I park for this event? 
  • There are 3 parking lots availble for you to park in. Find a map here. 
• Can I leave the grounds and come back for this event? 
  • Yes. As long as you are still wearing your event wristband, no visible damage is found and gate personel deem you of appropriate behavior, you are allowed back inside the event. 
• Will there be food options availble? 
  • Yes, K. Spoetzl BBQ Co. will be serving turket legs and BBQ sanwiches. We will also sell pizza by the slice and hot bavarian pretzels at the Outdoor Beer Bar. 
• Is there handicap access? 
  • Yes, please view the site map here for drop off spots for handicap persons. 
• Is there any seating or standing room only? 
  • Seating is available to all VIP ticket purchases under reserved tent access. GA seating is first come first serve in the yard and under the pavilion. Chairs are allowed to be brought in for the event.  
• What does GA vs. VIP mean? 
  • General Admission tickets have access to all areas in the yard EXCEPT the VIP Tent, VIP Port-O-Cans, and VIP private beer bar. You MUST HAVE a VIP ticket to enter the VIP area.
• Can I transfer a ticket? 
  • YES!  Simply go to the Ticket transfer link here. 
• HELP! I lost my ticket! 
  • No worries, you can find your ticket in 3 ways:  Confirmation email, Manage/Ticket Transfer page here or search "Shinerfest Ticket Sign Up" in your email inbox. 
• Can I bring a stroller and diaper bag for my child? 
  • Yes, but please note - all items are subject to be searched. Diaper bags and strollers are ONLY allowed when they are accompanied with a child under the age of 12. 
• If I purchase a VIP ticket, can my child under 12 accompany me? 
  • YES, children under the age of 12 are allowed in the VIP area as long as they are accompanied by an adult. 
• I am under 21 - can I still purchase a VIP ticket? 
  • No, if you are under 21 you are not eligable to purchase a VIP ticket. 
• Can I bring my pets this day? 
  • For this event, NO pets are allowed on the grounds, with the exception of service animals.
