We invite you to join us for the 42nd Annual Meeting of the Ellwood H. May Environmental Park Association of Sheboygan County. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 23 at 6:30pm in the Ecology Center at Maywood. 
 
Each membership that was in good standing as of January 31, 2025 will have the opportunity to vote in the election of our Advisory Board members. Additional topics at the meeting will include reports from committees and the presentation of the President’s Awards. 
 
Following the business meeting, Jim Buchholz will present on his new book, “Wisconsin State Parks, Forests, and Recreation Areas – A Park Ranger’s Guide.” Jim's 40-year career as park ranger and supervisor at state parks and forests throughout Wisconsin has given him an intimate knowledge of these treasured public areas. As a ranger, he was often asked to interpret the unique geology, history, and wildlife of state parks and help visitors enjoy the many recreational opportunities available to them.  Copies of Jim’s book will be available for purchase at the meeting.
