Introduction to Needle Felting
Needle felting is a craft that uses unspun wool and a special needle to create more solid pieces or felt. The needle has special barbs on it that, when poked repeatedly into the wool, tangles the wool fibers together to create a solid piece.
Needle felting can be used to create 2D or 3D works. In this workshop, we will be creating “paintings” out of wool by felting the wool.
All supplies will be provided and are included in the fee. In addition, each person will go home with wool for felting, a felting needle, and a felting mat.
