Big Bear HamEscape™

Sponsor a Sea Cadet, Scout or other youth:  attendance and lunch.  

Youth are under 18 years old.  Sea Cadets or Scout may be under 21 with proof of current participation.

Please add additional tables if more space is required.  Each table is 8 foot in length and comes with 2 chairs. 

 Payment by credit card only.   Contact organizers to donate door prizes.  

California Tax Form for "Swap Meets, Flea Markets or Special Events Certification to Operator" must be completed and submitted to event organizer to receive a parking site to sell goods.  Seller must provide their own tables, chairs, awnings, etc.  Organizer will provide an assigned parking space only.  

Sellers must be registered attendees for the Big Bear HamEscape.

The form may be picked up at registration/check-in.  A fee of $25.00 per vehicle is required to cover City of Big Bear Lake permits.
