Annual Breakfast – New Starting Time! 8:30-11:00am

The earlier start will give more time for participants to attend the Sunday Ski & Bike Demo at the American Birkebeiner Trailhead or to hit the road for home. New 20-year Birchlegger and Kortelopet skiers will receive a free breakfast.

At the breakfast we will:

-       Present 20-30-and 40-year Birchleggers their awards

-       Present the Tony Wise Birkie Spirit Award for 2024

-       Hear race summaries from Ben Popp and others

-       Get updates on Birkie and Birchleggings Club events and developments

-       Accept memberships and membership renewals

Come to the breakfast and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow Birchleggers and skiers. Get involved with club projects to promote and improve the Birkie trail and events.

Kortelopet 20+ year skiers are invited to join the Birchleggings Club

Skiløper Tuje (20-year and up), Skiløper Tretti (30-year and up) are now invited to join the Birchleggings club. Join BLC, register and come to the breakfast. Skiløpers will retain their titles, and bibs as Kortelopet skiers, but will be able to join and participate in Birchleggings Club events and projects. We recognize their accomplishments and look forward to the contributions of these dedicated skiers to help us promote and improve the Birkie trail and events.
