Training FAQ
1) What is your training refund policy? Full refunds can be issued up to 2 weeks after training start date. After 2 weeks, a doctor's note is needed for a full refund otherwise no refunds will be issued.
2) What is your weather policy?
For Severe Weather: If there is an 85% or higher chance of thunderstorms at our meet time over our meeting spot, we will do our best to cancel no later than an hour prior to meeting. If we are already there and a storm pops up, we will cancel the remainder of the workout and head home.
For Winter: If public schools in your county/ city are closed, close early due to the weather, or cancel weekend activities we most likely will not meet in person.
Please use your best judgement - if there is severe weather, heat, or ice where you live, please do what is best for you! We'd rather you miss a workout or run on a treadmill then put yourself in an unsafe situation!
3) I have a question for the training director or have some feedback. Who should I contact? Please email training@charmcityrun.com and our Training Director will return your email.
4) I can't make my first two weeks of training due to vacation, can I get a prorated deal? Unfortunately we cannot prorate your training package but you will receive a weekly email from your coach with all your workouts listed so you can train from anywhere and join in person when you return.
5) I received the 15% off discount for Charm City Run Signature races. I've already registered for 2 races. Can I receive my discount retroactively? Unfortunately we cannot extend retroactive discounts. But we encourage you to use the discount for future races in the same calendar year.
6) Can I use my 10% off online at charmcityrun.com? The 10% off discount is only good for in-store purchases at any of our 7 locations.
