The Caribbean Cafe is an annual collaboration fundraiser between Matanzas Blue Steel and Matanzas Culinary. Matanzas Culinary prepares and serves a delicious Caribbean meal while attendees enjoy the sounds and excitement of the Matanzas Blue Steel!
