Q. Is pricing per person or per vehicle?
A. Our pricing is set PER VEHICLE. Our $24.95 online/in-advance ticket price includes however many guests you can safely fit in your vehicle!
Q. Do you ever close due to poor weather?
A. Extreme, unforeseen weather can force us to close at any time and an announcement regarding any weather closures will be posted on our main website, www.harvesttymefun.com, and social media channels. We will also send out an email to anyone who has already purchased a ticket for the effected date.
Q. Are refunds given due to poor weather?
A. While we do not offer refunds, you will be able to use your ticket at any later date during the Christmas Tyme season.
Q. Can I bring my own food?
A. We DO allow people to bring their own outside food and drinks. We will also have cookies and hot chocolate available during our Christmas Tyme Lights event for an additional fee (select days only).
Q. Are pets allowed?
A. Normally pets are not allowed during our events, but since the Christmas Tyme Lights event is a drive-thru experience, you may bring your furry friends but they must remain in your vehicle througout the experience.
Q. Do you have restrooms?
A. There are porta potties on site that are available for use before you enter the light show. We advise you to get checked in at the entrance and we will direct you on where to go from there if you or someone in your vehicle needs to use the restroom.
Q. If I buy my ticket online, do I have to print it out?
A. Online tickets will be emailed to you, and you have three options once arriving at our admission entrance:
- Present a printed copy of the ticket
- Show it on your phone
- As a last resort, just give your name at our admission check-in & we can look up your purchase.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Cash, all major Credit Cards, & Harvest Tyme Family Farm Gift Cards.
Q. What type of food options are there onsite?
A. During our Christmas Tyme Lights event we will be selling hot chocolate and cookies for an additional fee. Guests will be given the opportunity to purchase their treats prior to entering the display drive-thru (on select days only).
Q. Can I get a refund if I get sick and cannot attend?

Q. Can I change my ticket date if I can’t make it on the day it was purchased for?

Q. If I purchased a light up item when I bought my ticket online, how do I recieve it?
A. Upon checking in at our admissions, they will be notified when they check you in that you purchased an add-on light up item. They will then provide you with whatever you've purchased.
