The 10th annual Collins Dixon Bend Your Knees Golf Tournament to raise funds for children and families dealing with pediatric brain tumors.

TIME: Registration at 8:00 AM. Shotgun Start at 9:00 AM
PLACE: Fairways of Canton Golf Club

ENTRY FEE: $100.00 Individual Player / $380 Team Entry
(Includes: green fees, cart & box lunch)
Format: Tournament will be played 4-person teams Best-Ball format.
If you do not enter a team list, you will be placed with others
Procedure: Tournament rules, scoring, etc. will be explained day of the tournament.
Handicap: Will be explained day of the tournament.
