Crawfish Festival 2025

IT'S CRAWFISH SEASON!!! We're bringing all the mud bugs back to MidCity District this year on Saturday, April 19, 2025 with 10,000 LBS of crawfish. We are excited to bring Crawfish back to THE CAMP this year! 

We've got LIMITED ALL YOU CAN EAT Crawfish wristbands for sale. Yes, LIMITED! To ensure that we have enough crawfish for all, there will be a limit on how many All You Can Eat wristbands we sell! Your ticket grants you access to unlimited crawfish throughout the festival. No need to stay in one spot—grab a steaming plate of crawfish at our designated crawfish station, then take it with you as you explore! Not sure about investing into the All You Can Eat? Don't worry!!!! We will have single boxes (2lbs of crawfish + corn and potatoes) available for you!!

We have some amazing live music ALL DAY!! The StepDads, Big Fellaz Brass Band and more will be gracing our stage during the day and will end the night with our headliner, Big Sam’s Funky Nation — Known for a boisterous blend of funk, jazz, rock, and hip-hop, nothing short of seismic live “experiences,” and a whole lot of Southern charm, Big Sam’s Funky Nation might very well be New Orleans’ best kept secret. Don't like crawfish? No Problem!!!!! We will have vendors and other food truck options on site too. We will also have a full bar with some Camp favorites like the Tito's Lemonade and of course, all the cold Mich Ultras to wash down the spice!!!  Want to bring your kids? Great! This event is great for everyone and you will not want to miss this event. Only happens once a year!

Crawfish Fest is presented by the Apollo Coalition . The Apollo Coalition enhances community economy and innovation, offering education, training, and mentorship with opportunities for entrepreneurship and careers in the technical and creative fields, ensuring equal access for all to grow and thrive. Your ticket purchase supports our mission. 

This year we are excited to partner with Kids to Love . The Kids to Love Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to meeting the immediate needs of foster children. Since its incorporation in 2004, Kids to Love has reached more than 310,000 children and families, meeting their needs for everything from toys and clothing to college scholarships and trauma therapy. Kids to Love is also a licensed Child Placing Agency in Alabama and offers private adoption services. Kids to Love will be receiving a portion on all ticket sales!
