Information

Join us for an extraordinary evening at DeLeon Springs State Park. This delightful experience begins with dinner at the historic Old Sugar Mill Pancake House, where you will enjoy a full breakfast spread, complete with crepes, breakfast meats, make-your-own-pancakes, and a selection of gourmet pancake toppings that will elevate your meal. Complement your dinner with a drink of your choice—whether it's a glass of wine, a refreshing beer, a mimosa, soft drink, juice, or tea. This is more than just dinner; it’s a perfect opportunity to savor delicious food and connect with others in a warm, inviting atmosphere overflowing with history and beauty.

After dinner, as the time for sunset approaches, you will board our pontoon boat, “Sunshine Sally”.  One of our experienced boat captains will guide and narrate the cruise. As the sun sinks lower, the colorful sky will cast a magical glow over the water and landscape. The spring run’s lush greenery, bathed in twilight, will create a tranquil atmosphere.  When the sun sets, guests will enjoy their choice of champagne or sparkling cider to toast a remarkable evening.

This experience of an enjoyable dinner and lovely sunset cruise on a pontoon boat in the DeLeon Springs run promises to be a serene, beautiful, and unforgettable experience.
