The picutre above is of roughly 800 cages (not the 3,300 planned) off to the side of Brickyard Point in Dodge Point Preserve. You can imagine that 3,000 cages would take away much of the enjoyment of hiking a coupel  of miles and taking in a view of plastic rather than sparkling blue waters.
