EGRL Selects will host a full day clinic at BaseCamp31 in Lebanon, NJ from 10A to 5P on Saturday, September 14th. Session will include classroom based information with Ken Imbusch, Women's Development Lead at Munster RFC (IRE), technical sessions with the EGRL Selects staff, Strength/Speed & Power with members of the Pro-Activity staff and advanced contact area technique (grappling, etc) with members of the BaseCampAC Wrestling Staff. Specific timeframe will be announced to registrants, however loose agenda includes 10A start & classroom session, 11A small group sessions x3, 1230P lunch break (on own or pack lunch), 130P Team Drills & Development, 3P Game Prep, 4P Game.
