I didn't receive a confirmation email! Help!
Being a newer platform, many emails are getting caught in agency spam/phishing filters. Check your junk/spam folders. If you still don't see you email, our emails may be blocked by a higher level filter. Please reach out to your IT team to see if it's possible to add ticketsignup.io to the safe domains list.
If neither of these work, you can always look up your confirmation infromation and receipt on the "Ticket Lookup" tab.
If you continue to have issues with receiving emails from us, please reach out to using the form below or emailing communications@agarichmond.org so we assess if adjustments to our email strategy are needed.
I can't pay with a credit card, is there another option?
While paying by card is our preferred method, we are happy to make accomidations for those where this is not an option. Please reach out to using the form below or emailing communications@agarichmond.org to request an invoice or alternative payment option.
