Isaac Shloss
Isaac Shloss is an IT and Compliance specialist with 25 years’ experience – exclusively focused on the Contact Center industry. His career has been spent leading the IT departments for large BPOs with global footprints. Isaac was an early pioneer of the current era of contact center platforms and specializes in converting emerging business needs into standard offerings.
Isaac is also a part of the Responsible Enterprises Against Consumer Harassment (R.E.A.C.H.), acting as Chair on their Government Affairs Committee. In this role, he tracks legislation that affects our industry, calls members to action, and works with lawmakers as appropriate. Additionally, Isaac is REACH’s representative to the FCC, serving on both the NANC and NAOWG.
As the Chief Product Officer for Contact Center Compliance, Isaac drives product creation that focuses on restoring trust and effectiveness in customer utreach
through compliance, education, and problem solving within the regulatory framework.
