- ALL AGES are welcome.
- Children 9 and under are FREE!
- No Re-Entry/In & Out Privileges
- Food and beverages will be sold separately.
- Must be 21+ with government issued ID to drink alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly.
- Any damages or tampered with event wristbands will not be allowed for use to access the event.
- All Event Personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion.
- Venue and talent lineup are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds or exchanges. Event terms are rain or shine.
- By purchasing a ticket to Gold Coast Country Music Festival, you acknowledge there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are gathered and will not hold Gold Coast Country Music Festival and/or its affiliates liable
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds or exchanges. Event terms are rain or shine.
- If your event is canceled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time.

ALLOWED ITEMS
ALL items are subject to security check and approval.
- YES Bags - Approximately 10″x13″x8.5″
- Bags will be checked by security.
- YES Chairs – No taller than 35″
- Chairs will only be allowed outside of the GCC Music Fest Event Hangar and must not obstruct walking pathways.
- YES Blankets, beach towels to sit on.
- YES American flags/banners or handmade signs.
- Please NO corporate/company branding and no hard poles.
- Please be courteous of the view of others.
- Be mindful of language on flags/banners/signs, this is a family friendly event.
- YES Prescriptions medication
- Name on prescription should match valid ID.
- YES Handheld Umbrellas
- Please be courteous of the view of others.
- GCC Music Fest workers and volunteers reserve the right to ask for flags and umbrellas to be taken down if deemed inappropriate or are obstructing the view of others. Refusal to cooperate may result in removal from the event without a refund.

- NO SMOKING AT ANY TIME inside GCC Music Fest Event area.

- NO Drugs or Drug Paraphernalia
- NO Frisbees/Footballs
- NO Fireworks/Explosives
- NO Glass, Cans, Cups or Coolers
- NO Weapons of any Kind (Includes Pocket Knives, Pepper Spray, Fireworks, etc.)
- NO Professional Cameras
- NO Professional Recording Equipment – Photo, Video, or Audio

- NO Detachable Lenses, Tripods, Big Zooms or Commercial Use Rigs
- NO Drones
- NO Camelbaks/hydration packs
- NO Stickers/Flyers
- NO Tents/Canopies
Parking
Discounted parking is available ONLINE for a limited time prior to the festival. Onsite paid parking options are available for all ticket holders. There will be a designated Ride Share Drop-Off and Pick-Up location. Please carpool and always have a designated sober driver.
