Join us for the 2nd Annual YMCA Races Volunteer Appreciation Night at the Vineyard and Brewery at Hershey!

There is NO COST to attend.

The Harrisburg YMCA Race Series is excited to invite you to our 2nd Annual Volunteer Appreciation Night, hosted by the Vineyard and Brewery at Hershey!

This special evening is for all our valued volunteers and their guests as a way to show our appreciation.

The event space/patio area will be reserved exclusively for our event. 

EVENT SCHEDULE

5-6:15pm

• Social hour, live music with Jeff Seyfried, free raffles, snacks and volunteer breakout sessions

6:15-6:45pm

• Welcome, guest speakers, and 2023 Race Series preview

6:45-8pm

• Games, music, and raffle winners announced

8-8:30pm

• Last call and wrap up

FOOD AND DRINK

Volunteers make sure you stop by the welcome table to receive your complimentary free drink (cider, beer or glass of wine) ticket and name tag.
There will also be plenty of awesome non-alcoholic options thanks to our friends at Wilsbach Distributors. 

There will be complimentary fruit and veggie trays along with pretzels, chips and snacks.

Rolling Grill Food Truck will also be at the event for anyone who would like to purchase food from their awesome menu.
