Participants will plan the next HogFest'25. Event is two days of working meetings with meals, lodging, transportation, and ND-Miami-Ohio game tickets.

• Welcome Dinner 5pm to 6pm at The Loft at St. Joe Farm.
• Planning meetings 6pm-9pm at The Loft at St. Joe Farm. Please bring any laptop or other note-taking tools you may need. This is a working meeting where we hope to manage committee assignments and the planning activities for the next HogFest.
• Lodging for Friday and Saturday night is also The Loft at St. Joe Farm.

Saturday 9/21 Activities

• 8:30am.  Transportation to Holy Cross College (HCC) for the day’s activities.
• 9am.  Continental breakfast at the Pfeil Center Conference Room at Holy Cross College. Address is 54515 State Rd 933 North, Notre Dame, IN 46556. Parking is $30, if you want to drive there.
• 9am-noon.  Continue meetings for planning events at the Pfeil Center.
• Noon.  Tailgate starts. Outside, if good weather. For rain, inside at the Pfeil Center.
• 2:30pm   HCC provides free shuttle to ND Stadium. Leave items in Hugh’s office at HCC.
• 3:30pm.  ND vs Miami-Ohio Game starts. Go Irish!
• 7:30pm.  After game, walk to South Dining Hall for candlelight dinner. $26, pay at the door.
• 9:30pm.  Transportation from South Dining Hall back HCC then St. Joe Farm.
