Information

Join us in commemorating our 10th Anniversary with a dinner and social gathering among fellow trail enthusiasts.
Let's celebrate while discussing ongoing and upcoming trail projects in our community.

The proceeds from this event will support trail development, maintenance, education, and raising awareness about trails in Huntington County.
Dinner will feature a choice of salmon or chicken as the main course, accompanied by steamed brown rice, green beans, garden salad, potato salad, dessert, tea, or water.

The evening promises a variety of activities, including guest speakers and chances to win prizes donated by local businesses. Stay tuned for more exciting updates.

Activities for the evening:
𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀/𝗧𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀:
This game will be a fun spin on a 50/50 raffle. Each attendee can purchase a ticket to the game at $10. Then, each participant will choose heads/tails by placing their hand on either their head or seat. A coin will be flipped and only those that chose correctly will move on to the next round. We will repeat the choice of heads/tails and flipping of the coin until one person remains. That person will win the 50/50 pot of money. Cash is highly encouraged! 

𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗣𝘂𝗹𝗹: This game will be envelopes placed on a wall replicating the new berm installed on a trail. Within each envelope is a gift card/certificate to a business within Huntington County. Each participant can purchase a stone for $10 and win a gift card/certificate inside the envelope.

$40 each or $280 for a table of 8
Doors open: 5:30
Dinner served: 6:00 PM
Registration deadline is September 9, no refunds after September 9
