HARTA (Huntington Area Recreational Trails Association) is hosting its annual Huntington Trails Beer and Wine Festival on Friday, June 7 at the Huntington County Fairgrounds from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM. The group needs several volunteers to help in the success of the event. Volunteers must be 21+ and can volunteer for 2 hours or the duration.  

If you have a bartender or server's permit from the ATC, that would be a big help.

Thursday setup – 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM – 1 person ( 3 filled)
Friday setup – 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM – 2 people ( 1 filled)
50/50 Raffle (sell 50/50 tickets)– 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM – 2 people (0 filled)
Gate Greeters (check IDs, hand out programs, & souvenir glasses) – 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM - Filled (5 filled)
Gate Greeters/Ticket sales ( (check IDs, hand out programs, & souvenir glasses)  – 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM - 2 people (0 filled)
Parking attendants (vendor helpers) – 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM – 3 people (0 filled)
Tear Down – 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM – 2 people (1 filled)
Tickets Day of – 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM – Filled ( 2 filled)
