Information

Jacob's Jam is a day to bring our community together to celebrate the beautiful life of Jacob Amato, an avid soccer player, and loyal teammate.

This event includes many raffle baskets, lunch, and a bake sale! 

We will have additional activities such as corn hole, spike ball, shootouts, foot skill lessons, and other fun activities for kids and adults of all ages!

We have both tournaments (4 teams, 25-minute games) and single games (2 teams, two 25-minute halves)

Registration Fee:

$30 for single-game teams, any age group

$50 per team for Adult & Teen divisions.

$10 per team for the Youth Division

Other activities at the event:

$5 lunch for chips and drink with your choice of hamburger or hotdog. (one free lunch is included for players registered in soccer games/tournaments)

Raffle tickets: $5 for 3 tickets, $10 for 6 tickets, $15 for 10 tickets

All bake sale items: $1

Important Registration Information: 
When registering, please note that teams are referred to as tickets in the registration system.  1 ticket = 1 team.  Decide your team name and color! Teams will consist of 5 - 7 players. When registering online, your start time is before the start of your actual game time to give you time to check in and sign waivers. Medals for the winning team will be presented at the pavilion immediately following the end of each tournament.  Registration includes lunch for each player provided by Waldron Custom Meats, LLC. 

Walk-in teams are welcome, however, we can not guarantee the desired game time. 

Tournament Details: 

  • Games will be played on 2 fields
  • Each tournament will be 2 hours total and consist of 4 teams playing 25-minute games.  
  • Single games will total  25 or 55 minutes, consisting of 2 teams.
  • 5 players will be on the field at a time, including a goalie
  • Teams will choose their names & colors. All skill levels are welcome. We may request to change your game time to fill in tournaments or if you are unevenly matched. 
  • The Youth division will play on the smaller field if other fields are being used
  • medals will be awarded to the winning teams immediately following each tournament 
  • Individuals who do not have a team, but would like to participate may come at your chosen time and register ($10 per person) as an individual player. We will assign a team for you to play on.

We look forward to seeing everyone there!  If you are not a registered participant, food will be available to purchase, provided, and cooked on-site by Waldron Custom Meats, LLC. 

For transparency: Raffles, lunch, and bake sale proceeds will be given to the Amato family to choose a beneficiary.  Money collected from registration fees will first be used to cover the cost of holding this event, such as food, supplies, and insurance. Any amount over our expenses will be donated to the Amato Family. T-shirts are NOT included in registration but can be purchased separately.
