The cost will be $30/person, will include all materials needed and admission to the Memorial Day Event.

It will begin at 2pm and cover the following: Includes admission to Concert 

Placing the Charcoal
Lighting the Grill
Preparing the food
Cooking the food, including appropriate temps for different items and how to properly check them
4 Proteins on the grill (chicken, shrimp, pork, & steak)
3 sides (potatoes, broccoli and corn)
Bread
Cobbler
Each participant will be given a sample of each of the dishes prepared.
