Vendors and demonstrators with a Viking theme, handcraft booth and/ or period display please Complete form below to signup. We would appreciate vendors trying to dress and decorate for the time period if possible. We do also have a mundane canopy section for those who can not “dress up” with us NO HORNED HELMETS PLEASE. Setup is THURSDAY AND FRIDAY, September 4 & 5, 2025 from 12 pm to 9 pm Thursday and 8am-8pm Friday. We do not allow the sales of 3D printed “creatures” animals or DRAGONS due to an exclusive partnership with one of our demonstrators. If your shop contains any 3D printed “creatures” animals OR DRAGONS they must be left out of your inventory for this event.
PLEASE CHECK IN AT THE INFORMATION BOOTH TO RECEIVE YOUR SPACE ASSIGNMENT. YOU MUST BE FULLY SET UP BY FRIDAY NIGHT WE DO NOT ALLOW SETUP SATURDAY MORNING. WE DO NOT ALLOW 1 day only vendors. Inventory may be brought back and forth on Saturday. You must be ready to open by by 9:30 am. FOOD TRUCKS are required to have all county permitting in 30 days PRIOR to the event. Failure to have your permitting in may result in additional fees by the county or removal of your spot in the festival. Festival runs September 6, 2025 10am-7pm and September 7, 10am-5pm with teardown from 5 pm Sunday to 10am Monday. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TEAR DOWN EARLY SHOPS MUST REMAIN OPEN BOTH DAYS FULL HOURS OF THE EVENT OR YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED BACK.
All vendors are required to clean up the areas immediately surrounding their assigned vendor space. Failure to clean up your space will result in a $50 cleanup charge to your original payment method without further notice. Any bills for excessive damage to turf caused by your display or vehicle charged by the city may be passed on to the vendor if damage is found to be intentional and within the vendors or demonstrators control. Vendor Fees and Requirements: ALL vendors are required to carry appropriate insurance, permits and licenses (most will need business license and booth insurance only) including county fees for food carts and must pay a vendor fee if charging for goods or services at the event. Demonstrators NOT vending any wares may be exempt from vendor fees IF they are demonstrating a historically accurate skill or craft or free hands on activity for the crowd. Demonstrators who are also vending only pay for the size of your vending area. Vendors who incorporate an interactive or hands on portion please sign up and pay AFTER contacting our staff for hands on demonstration approval at (360)220-8524 OR (360)366-6319. Demonstrations using fire must get pre approval. And have an appropriately rated extinguisher.
All vendor and demonstrator applications are due by August 01, 2025. REFUNDS are not available within 30 days of the event.
