Event Description
Each contestant will receive ONE (1) admission pass with a paid entry fee. Additional admission to the pageant is $5.00 per person.
Day-of check in times:
Ages 5-9: 1:00 PM - 1:30PM; Ages 10-20: 12:30PM - 1:00PM
Division Queens will receive round crowns, trophy, and a sash.
Side Awards for Best Hair, Best Fashion, and Best Personality will be presented in each division. These awards will be judged during the themed “Mayhaw Belle (Antebellum Style)” portion. While music will be provided, you may also choose a specific song and include it on your registration form. Song choices must be submitted by Wednesday, April 23, 2025.
Photogenic Awards will be given in each division. Photos must be submitted by 1:30 pm on Pageant Day. Any photos received after this time will be disqualified and no refunds will be issued. Please submit photos in a plastic cover with the age group and name written on the BACK. Do not include frames, names, or ages on the front of the photo. Photos can be picked up at the registration table at the end of the pageant.
*Photos will NOT be held after pageant. If they are not picked up, they will be disposed of.
