Volunteers serve meals on our weekly routes that are prepared by our restaurant partners across Chicagoland.

Nothing warms the soul like a hot meal. CHI-CARE distributes over 1000 meals each week to various tent encampments where food scarcity is a major concern.

For $100, you can provide 20 snack packs.

$500  = 100 meals
$1500 = 300 meals
$5000 = 1000 meals
 

Purchase Hygiene Kits

For $200, you can provide 20 hygiene kits. 

Purchase Winter Essentials

For $500, you can provide boots, a winter coat and heater to an unhoused individual.  

Select Hot Meals to make a donation to cover the costs of the meals for the routes ran daily. Meals are purchased from partnering restaurants at cost.
  • Day = $450 (this covers appx 250 meals)
  • Weekend = $1500 (this covers 650 meals)
  • Week - $4500
