Oaktoberfest turns 16! celebrating the history, the flavors, and the people of the Bay Area. The Festival is a FREE public event, please support the effort by purchasing food and beverages from Oaktoberfest vendors and Dimond District businesses.

Get the full experience and reserve a table in the Bavarian Hall, and order an authentic German platter for delivery to your table.

In addition to the FULL 7 block street festival, there is RESERVED DINING HALL SEATING in the Brotzeit Bavarian Hall offering German Platters catered by Grand Lake Kitchen

This is the one location to be able to guarantee your seating for a guaranteed meetup with friends and time to grab a chair. (Note: Each ticket purchase is a reservation for the full table, either 5 or 8 seats, for the reserved time period)

Bavarian Hall Bonuses:

Please read the step-by-step to Reserve Your Table and then "Add On" your German Platters. There will be limited, reserved seating only tables available at the event, ALL seating is reservation only. Tables are sized for up to 5 and 8 people in 2 hour time blocks, and purchasers can reserve multiple time blocks if they desire to stay for longer.  Purchasing a ticket will give you a reservation for the entire table (5 or 8 seats) for that time period.

Deutscher Musikverein San Francisco German Band will be preforming throughout the weekend in the Bavarian Hall - A traditional German orchestra DMV has performed in the Bay Area since 1938 in the German “Blaskapelle” style. The repertoire includes traditional German music including polkas, waltzes, Schottisches and marches as well contemporary German party music. Audience participation in fun activities like the beer stein holding, dance demonstrations, and yodeling contests help make the performances an enjoyable activity for adults and kids alike. Add-or or purchased separate Bavarian Hall Platter feeds 2 mightily (order multiple quantities for larger parties). Each meal includes: Pork Schnitzel, Bratwurst, Mashed Potatoes, Bread Dumplings and Gravy, Braised Red Cabbage, 2 Kinds of Mustard

Shaded Outdoor Dining - Dimond’s Bienati Lot will have tents and umbrellas making it the perfect venue for a Bavarian Style Beer Hall experience

The Bavarian Hall is located at the Bienati Lot at the corner of Dimond Ave. and Bienati Way (3400 Dimond Ave, Oakland 94602) behind Peet’s Coffee on Fruitvale. Free parking under Hwy 580 off Fruitvale.
