Do you love red chile as much as we do?! Join us for the 2nd Annual Red Chile Cook-off at Canteen Brewhouse on Saturday, November 16th from 1-3pm. Red chile is a staple in NM and we all enjoy tasting different chiles. If you are interested in sampling delicious red chile and helping crown the 2024 Canteen Chile Champion get your ticket today!

Red Chile Cook-Off Tickets $20- Select this ticket option if you would like to eat delicious red chile! You will receive a sample of each red chile concoction, tortilla chips, a pint of Canteen beer or root beer, a carton of milk and a vote for the best red chile. There is a limited number of tickets available. Red chile tasting will begin at 1pm and the Canteen Chile Champion will be crowned at 3pm. 

Red Chile Competition Tickets $20-Think you have the best red chile in NM? If you are interested in competing in the competition, please select the RED CHILE COMPETITION option when purchasing a ticket. Red chile cooks will also receive a tray of chile to sample, chips, a pint of beer or root beer, and a vote in the competition. This event is limited to 16 red chile cooks and you must purchase a RED CHILE COMPETITION ticket to compete. 

The Red Chile Competition will take place at Canteen Brewhouse 2381 Aztec Rd NE Albuquerque, NM 87107 on Saturday, November 16th from 1-3pm.
