Sign-up Includes:

- Registration Fees for 2025

- SHORE Track Club t-shirt

Sign-up does NOT Include:

- Post-season XC/Track or Indoor track meet entry fees

- SHORE Track Club uniform or other gear (sold separately)

- Transportation to meets or lodging for overnight meets

What Does Your Registration Fees Cover?

- USATF Team Club membership and insurance fees

- SHORE Track Club LLC business costs

- Head coaches pay

- Club equipment 

Practice Schedule

**Practice is not mandatory - you get out of it what you put into it. 

Distance:

Girls: Mon 3-6pm, Tues 3-5pm, Wed 3-6pm, Fri 3-5:20pm

Boys: Mon-Fri 3-5pm 

Sprints: 

Girls: Mon 3-5pm, Tues 3-5pm, Thur 3-5pm; Fri 3-4:30pm

Boys: TBD

Hurdles: TBD

Jumps: TBD

Throws: 

Girls: Mon 3-5pm, Tues 3-5pm, Thur 3-5pm; Fri 3-4:30pm

Boys: TBD

Pole Vault: TBD

*Pole vault days meet at South HS cafeteria

Indoor Track Meet Schedule

**Indoor meets are not mandatory, however strongly encouraged to prepare you for the outdoor Track & Field season.
