• A: Look for staff in bright orange Shoreline Sightseeing shirts who will assist

Q: What time is the taxi happening?

• A: 11AM - 630PM

Q: Will the water taxi service be open to anyone heading to Navy Pier?

• A: Yes, anyone heading to Navy Pier can get on the water taxi. 

Q: How frequently will the taxi be running?

• A: 2 taxi’s every 20 mins

Q: Will there be return trips from the Pier back to the Sheraton?

• A: Yes, guests can get a ride back to the pickup location at 401 N Michigan

All bags will be checked prior to boarding 

Alcohol is prohibited from being brought on the water taxi and onto Navy Pier property
