What passes do I need?
Attending but not camping:
Select 4-Day or Single Day passes > Click the purple PURCHASE button
Attending ALL days + Camping in tent, car, RV, or ANYTHING
Select 4-Day + Camping Add-On
Attending ALL days + Camping in something with wheels

ADMISSION
VIP Add-On. This Add-On is for those 21 and over and can be purchased with a 4-Day Admission pass only. This Add-On gives you:

- onsite parking in our reserved area
- VIP admittance to the backstage area with side-stage seating. Some chairs are provided sidestage, or you can set up your chair behind those, 2 drink tickets redeemable at the bar.
Kids: Kids 12 and under are free with an adult ticket. They still require a pass. Please check them in with you at the Box Office to get them a wristband.
Kids 13 - 17 admissions and camping are significantly reduced when purchased with an adult pass.

Single Day Pass: These give you admittance to the ticketed area of the festival for one day. There is no camping available for single-day ticket holders
WORKSHOPS
We are asking this year that you pay a nominal fee for workshops even if you are attending the festival. However, you may purchase this Add-On even if you are not attending the festival.
CAMPING
Campers can arrive onsite at 2 pm to lineup to pull into the camping area on Thursday afternoon. The line will be let in for setting up at 3 pm. Please do not arrive earlier than 2 pm and expect assistance. Our volunteers will be working very hard to get things ready for you
Campers must vacate by Monday at 11 am.
There are no electrical or water hookups. There are no shower facilities but there are restrooms. The Recreational center is nearby and day passes can be purchased for using their facilities. They have showers, a pool, a hot tub and all the features of a gym.
The Camping Add-On is per person. It can added onto the purchase of a 4-Day pass. It allows and includes:
- Sleeping overnight in a tent.
- Sleeping overnight in anything with wheels when you ALSO add on a vehicle pass for:
- Vehicle Add-On 20’ and under
- Vehicle Add-On Over 20’ to 26’
- Vehicle Add-On Over 26’
- Overnight car parking in the GRAVEL LOT for the vehicle you drove that is NOT a camping vehicle.
Vehicle Passes
Vehicle passes are per vehicle and not per person. They can only be purchased with a camping add-on.
Example scenario: 3 people camping together and sleeping in a camper will purchase 3 4-Day passes, 4 Camping Add-Ons, 1 Over 20’ - 26’ Vehicle pass. They drove 2 cars to get there. Both cars may park overnight in the reserved portion of the lot.
- Vehicle Add-On 20’ and under (Parks on grass with tents)
- Vehicle Add-On Over 20’ to 26’ (Pull-in parking in gravel lot in designated area)
- Vehicle Add-On Over 26’ (We will need find a spot on the property, depending on circumstances that weekend)
Example scenario: 2 people sleeping in car want to park in the grass with tent campers. They need to purchase 2 4-Day passes,2 Camping Add-Ons, 1 20’ or under Vehicle Add-On. If they don’t want to purchase a Vehicle Add-On, They can sleep in their car/truck parked in the GRAVEL LOT, but not in the grass.
DOGS
SnowyGrass is dog-friendly for well-behaved dogs. You are responsible for any liability regarding your own dog. Entering the festival and camping grounds with your dog is an agreement that your dog is up-to-date on vaccinations and is not aggressive or disruptive. Any incident where we deem it necessary to ask you to leave with your animal is at our discretion and there will be no refund of tickets of any kind. However, there is a veterinarian nearby with pet lodging. This may be something to consider for at least portions of the festival. There is also an adjacent dog park open to the public as well as a 4-mile walking path. Please pick up after your dog.
PARKING
Parking in the reserved portion of the lot is by special permit for musicians, VIP pass holders, those with a state-issued handicapped permit displayed, or anyone else who is issued one by the festival and may not be purchased. It is included with camping passes and VIP Add-Ons. Overnight parking is NOT ALLOWED without a camping pass.

VOLUNTEERING
Select this zero dollar ticket to start the process of volunteering. We will send you a link to apply to register as a volunteer when we have the shifts ready to schedule. There is a $15 application fee that is non-refundable plus we will require you to purchase a $100 volunteer ticket that is 100% refundable after the festival.
This ticket alone will NOT get you free admission to the festival. We must approve you as a volunteer and you must register first. Thank you!!

We would love to have you join our family of Volunteers! We work HARD, we problem-solve, we make sure everyone has a safe, good time, and we have fun in the process.
- Is it exhausting? Heck yeah!
- Will you feel like you were part of something incredible and good? We think so.
- Will you EARN your free admission and camping? You will! (It does not include admission or camping for plus ones)
- Do we expect you to show up on time for your shift? Yep!!
- Do we expect you to show up for ALL your shifts? Yep!
- Will you need to purchase a $100 Volunteer ticket that gets refunded after you fulfill your shifts? Heck yeah! We gotta cover our butts, ya know! After the festival is over, you get it fully refunded.
- Will you need to take at least one Parking Lot Shift? Yeah. Sorry.
We ask for 12 hours of volunteering to get:
- 4-day pass with VIP access
- Parking on-site
- All workshops included if not scheduled a shift
- ½ priced pre-ordered festival shirt. (There is a deadline for ordering and if you volunteer after the deadline, we can't help ya!)
$490 value (That’s like earning $40 an hour!)
We ask for 16+ hours to get:
- All of the above
- PLUS 4-Day Camping Add-On including a vehicle 20’ or under if you have one. For Larger vehicles, you will need to purchase a Vehicle Pass.
$650 value (That’s like earning $40 an hour!)
