Is attending the Annual Meeting REQUIRED?
The short answer is “NO”. But to become eligible for game assignments, in addition to other requirements, a member must complete one of the following.
1. Attendance credit at the annual meeting, or
2. Attendance credit at a TASO Football Approved Regional Clinic, or
3. Successful completion of the current year’s On-Line Clinic
What is required to ensure Attendance Credit at the Annual Meeting?
1. You must attend the 2025 Rule Changes Session, and
2. ????You must attend 4 of the Breakout Sessions for the full session ?????
Your name badge will be scanned at each session for attendance credit.
Will the meeting also be live-streamed?
No. This will be a live event only.
Must I attend both Friday and Saturday?
While the TASO Football Division Board encourages you to attend the Friday session, only attendance at the Saturday sessions is required to complete the requirement for game assignments.
What about parking, is it included in the meeting fee?
Parking at the Deer Park High School - South Campus is FREE
What if my plans change? Can I get a refund?
You may cancel and receive a refund (less processing fees) until June 18.
Can I sign up after the on-line registration deadline has passed?
Yes, on-site meeting registration will be available.
The on-site registration fee is $50.00.
When and where is the on-site registration?
On-site registration will be located in the foyer of Deer Park High School - South Campus. The registration desk will be open on Friday from Noon to 5:00 PM CDT.
On Saturday open at 7:30 AM and closes at 10:30 AM CDT.
You must check-in before 10:30 AM, Saturday August 3 to receive credit for meeting attendance.
