Attendees can learn about these mushrooms at the Viking Experience--even though none of them are in season during this event. How? Professional mushroom hunter Frank Hyman will share easy ID's by using life-size mushrooms models and and playing a guessing game called “Which Mushroom Will Send You Running for the Toilet?” Frank will also sell and sign his best-selling book—“How to Forage Mushrooms Without Dying: An Absolute Beginner’s Guide”
