Children and families wear their costumes and Trick or Treat with local businesses and non-profits on the paved trail within Troutman ESC Park. Safe, annual, holiday fun for the whole family! Businesses and organizations, consider being a vendor at this event- passing out candy to the community and advertising your organization, while also networking with your community.
