Unlock Her Potential was founded by Sophia Chang and provides mentorship for women of color. Going into our fifth year, we will focus on the heart of our mentoring network and community’s greatest passion: MEDIA. Applicants will be able to apply for a UP mentorship from any ONE of the following categories: FILM/TV, MUSIC, PUBLISHING, MARKETING, or ART. 

The membership, application, and Build UP session fees enable Unlock Her Potential to sustain our core membership program and expand and support you and our ever-growing community.
