Information
Here you will find tickets to various coached walking and running programs that kick off throughout the year. Watch for tickets to be added for programs that launch as time passes. Our goal is to provide one URL per year where you can find all our programs for personal coaching, clinics, and group sessions. This is a new platform for us, so adjustments are likely as we get the hang of it, discover new features, and develop best practices. This page will be updated throughout the year, removing old information and showcasing new rounds of offering.
We generally meet at the parking lot of Millennium Lodge at Greece Canal Park, 241 Elmgrove Rd., Rochester (Greece), NY, unless otherwise specified. All group programs include workouts by Coach Vickey Beaver, a full-length coaching plan (includes homework workouts, recommended cross-training activities, and taper and race day strategies), your suggested paces for given workouts, supplemental information during meetings and online, and access to group Facebook page.
Bring With You: Water bottle, workout towel, sports watch (if you have one), and phone (with Strava or similar, if you don't have a sports watch). Consider electrolyte drinks for difficult, warm, or long workouts. Consider layers and warming devices for cold workouts. Illumination is required for dark workouts. Once you're provided a calendar, if applicable, bring that, too.
Kick Off Tuesday, 11/22, 6 p.m.
