5:30pm-8:30pm sold in 30 minute entry time blocks (Last entry at 9pm. Lights off promptly at 9:30pm)
Closures, Transfers, and Refunds:
Walking in a Winter Wonderland tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Closures & Refunds: Tickets will be refunded if Clearbrook Park/Winter Wonderland is closed due to inclement weather. To access closure information on the day of your ticket, either call our cancellation line at 540-665-5678, option 3 & select "General Program Cancellations" or follow the link to the cancellation page here. If a cancellation is in effect, the phone and website will be updated before 3:30 pm the day of the event.
Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another date or time, based on availability. Tickets must be transferred by noon the day the tickets are valid.
Unused tickets will not be refunded under any circumstance.
PLAN YOUR VISIT
- Dress for the weather. Walking in a Winter Wonderland is more than a half-mile pathway through Clearbrook Park, VA. Weather-appropriate outerwear and comfortable shoes are the key to a great visit.
- Guests are encouraged to carpool and allow for time to locate a parking space on busy nights.
- Stroller friendly. Our entire Walking in a Winter Wonderland pathway is paved.
- Dogs are allowed on Sundays only. Service dogs are permitted any time, but must be on a leash.
- Closures - Christmas Eve (24th), Christmas Day (25th), and New Year’s Eve (31st). The last night will be New Year’s Day, January 1, 2024.
- Restrooms are available at the following locations: Pool House/Entrance (Johnny Blues) and across from the log cabin towards the end of the show. All bathrooms are heated except the pool house Johnny Blues.
- Please stay on the pathways at all times. Many light displays have electrical cords and support wires so please do not walk near or around displays. Please refrain from touching, climbing, or hanging on any displays or cords.
- Walking in a Winter Wonderland is a beautiful place to take pictures! Locate the signs that say “Photo Opportunity” to capture memories that will last a life time!

How do I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be emailed to you after completing the registration process and are needed for admission using a touch-less scanning system when entering the show. Please make sure you have your tickets ready to scan when entering Walking in a Winter Wonderland to speed up the entry process. Search Walking in a Winter Wonderland or an email from info@ticketsignup.io.
Why might my tickets be missing?
- Incorrect email address.
- Email deliverability: the confirmation was sent to your junk/spam folder or was unable to be delivered.
Do I need to print my ticket?
Our ticket attendants can scan printed tickets or tickets accessed on your mobile device (through email). We can also look up your tickets by the purchaser’s name.
How do I enter a Coupon Code/Discount Code?
On the summary page of the registration, enter the coupon code and click apply. The discount will then be applied to the final purchase price.
How do I transfer my ticket to another date?
Locate your ticket via email address provided. Copy the verification code below manage tickets. Click on manage tickets. Enter/paste the verification code. On the newly loaded page under New Ticket select the drop down menu to select a new date. Then use the next drop down menu to select a new entry time. One free transfer is allowed from the customers end. If a second free transfer is needed, please contact FCPRD at 540-665-5678.

When is the cut off time to transfer to a new date/time.
The cut off time is noon the day the ticket is valid.
Will Santa be there?
Santa will be onsite nightly, but will continue to interact from a safe distance.
