The Carter Education & Community Foundation is a501c3 nonprofit. Proceeds support The Foundation’s Academic & Experiential Learning programming in addition to the Scholarships, Apprenticeships that further youth career development.  Who Gets Braggin' Rights Weekend is an event bringing people together to focus on community, stir up a little economy and have fun... while we raise funds for our scholarships and programs.
