For over 30 years, the Wine and Roses Gala has been one of Fort Smith’s most beloved traditions, and this year’s 31st Anniversary promises to be an unforgettable night! Enjoy a night of glamour with live music by the high-energy band The Get Down, a five-piece group from Tulsa known for their dynamic performances. With a blend of Top 40, alternative hits, and timeless classics, they’ll keep you on your feet all night long. Additionally, the talented and beloved Terri Bailey will provide a beautiful piano performance to add an extra layer of sophistication to the evening.

🍴 Exquisite Dining Experience:
Savor a culinary feast from 21 West End, the region’s premier fine dining destination. Their eclectic menu blends classic recipes with modern creativity, showcasing premium ingredients, including Prime Angus beef, fresh seafood, and seasonal produce. With plenty of seafood options, this gala will be the perfect opportunity to indulge during Lent.

🍾 Two Exciting Bubbly Raffles:
We are thrilled to have TWO Bubbly Raffles this year! One of the raffles will feature luxurious champagne selections, while the other will offer custom jewelry from The Smith Jewelry and Living, an exquisite boutique founded by Christina Catsavis. Known for its curated collection of jewelry, home goods, and furniture, The Smith is a haven for tastemakers. Christina’s expertise as a bench jeweler and designer ensures that each piece is crafted with artistry and care.

🎁 A Tribute to a Community Legend: The Kelly Newton Rolex Raffle
This year, we are deeply honored to announce a Rolex raffle in memory of Kelly Newton, a beloved Fort Smith businessman and philanthropist. Kelly was the heart and soul of Newton's Jewelers, a family-owned business that has served the community for decades. His legacy of kindness, generosity, and unwavering support for local causes, especially Reynolds Cancer Support House, will never be forgotten.

Kelly's contributions extended far beyond his business, as he was a steadfast advocate for numerous non-profits and missions in Fort Smith. His dedication to helping others earned him the prestigious Robert M. Shipley Award in 2019, and his impact on our community is felt by all who knew him.

This heartfelt gift is not just a raffle prize—it is a tribute to Kelly's spirit of giving and his lasting legacy. We are so grateful for his contributions and are honored to continue his mission of making a difference in the lives of others.

This year’s secret garden theme provides the perfect backdrop for unforgettable memories. Plus, you’ll have plenty of chances to capture the magic—professional photographers will be on hand to document the night, and photo booths will provide even more fun photo ops with your friends and loved ones!

🎉 Wine & Bourbon Auction:
One of the highlights of the evening is the Wine & Bourbon Auction, where guests will have the opportunity to bid on exquisite wines and fine bourbons. Guests are encouraged to donate a bottle from their own cellar, or for a minimum donation of $500, our expert wine connoisseurs will hand-pick a wine or bourbon for you. Donors will have their name and logo exclusively featured in the Wine Catalog, provided by Jim Hadley. Jim shared, "We hope that we can count on your generous support of the wine auction – one of the centerpieces of this fun-filled and exciting evening. Kim Daniels, a graduate of America’s Auction and Professional Ringman’s Institute, will return as our guest auctioneer. As a member of both the Arkansas Auctioneers Association and the National Auctioneers Association, Kim's professionalism and charisma ensure a lively and engaging auction!

🎨 Painted Wine Bottles by Angela Vennum:
The talented Angela Vennum will be back again with her gorgeous painted wine bottles, adding a unique and artistic touch to the evening’s festivities. Her one-of-a-kind pieces are always a crowd favorite!
